The Marina Sands Bay in Singapore is a much anticipated luxury resort and casino that recently opened with a soft-launch but most of the talk about the resort is about the infinity pool and exotic top-level landing called the Sands Sky Park. The Marina Sands Bay didn’t come cheap as construction costs finalized at around $5.5 billion American dollars but good news for the Sands Resorts chain is that the resort is estimated to bring in about a billion dollars a year. Aside from the rooftop pool 55 stories up you can check out the over 1,600 slot machines, canal rides in the first-class shopping center, or in 2011 catch a show such as the Broadway musical The Lion King. Check out the photos of the Marina Bay Sands below as well as a video of people watching fireworks from the infinity pool.

Wow. I’ve seen the Marina Bay Sands on various shows but they didn’t do it justice like the photos do. I would love to visit Singapore at some point and stay at the Bay Sands for a few days. Anyone know the price per night for a regular room?

The place looks amazing. From what I hear the place stays packed non-stop on the top near the pool. A few of the photos in the post look like they’re cut off.
That’s what I’ve heard as well. I will try to get the photos fixed. We switched up our design on the website and this made the photos get cut off. I’ll try and update it soon plus try to find a few new photos/video.
This is the most amazing hotel I ever been. The roof top swimming pool is amazing. Not crowded all the time. The shopping centre is very luxury with jeweleries and top fashion shops all over. I haven’t been in the casino but that one looked very crowded to me. Lucky me, I stayed there for a business meeting.
