The promotion works by simply going through any of the links on this page to the Amazon website. Once you’re on the trade-in page you need to select your phone and then follow the directions on the page to verify that you have the phone. Once you ship the phone and everything checks out your receive a gift card from Amazon for the decided upon value of the phone. Right now they are giving more for iPhone’s than they have before with up to $500 in credits for those trading in the iPhone 4s but still even giving $85 to those trading in the older iPhone 3G 8GB version.
